Step 1 Zest the lemon with a citrus zester and mix with the cranberries. Step 2 Divide each walnut kernel in halves. Step 3 Stuff each prune with a mix of citrus zest and cranberries. Then stuff each prune with a half of a walnut. Step 4 Squeeze juice from half a lemon. Mix the lemon juice with cognac. Step 5 Place the stuffed prunes tightly in a small bowl. Pour the lemon juice and cognac mix over the prunes, cover and leave for 24 hours. Then serve and enjoy!
