Step 1 Wash the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Do not peel the pumpkin skin. Step 2 Cut the pumpkin into slices and put it on a baking sheet. Step 3 Using a culinary brush, evenly cover the slices of pumpkin with honey. Step 4 Preheat oven to 400 F. Put pumpkin in the oven and bake until tender (about 40 minutes). Step 5 Place the baked pumpkin slices to a plate and sprinkle with walnuts, pine nuts or sesame seeds. Enjoy!
