Step 1 Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan with thick bottom. Add pumpkin, garlic and rosemary. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes. Step 2 Add most of the chickpeas, leaving some for decoration. Then add 1 liter of water. Cover the sauce pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Step 3 Remove rosemary from the sauce pan. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Whisk the soup with a hand blender to desired consistency. Step 4 Boil shrimp in water or steam for 4 minutes. Pour the soup into warm plates or bowls. Add shrimp and remaining chickpeas to the plates or bowls. Serve and enjoy!
