Step 1 Wash Chinese cabbage, dry with paper towel, then cut off the coarse part of the cabbage and tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces. Step 2 Put all of the ingredients together in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
