Recipe Details:
This diabetic-friendly burger is very different from a traditional burger – there is no cutlet in it at all. But it turns out super juicy and full of flavor!
Step 1 Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped carrots for 5 minute. Step 2 Add the chopped onion, garlic, and celery to the frying pan. Fry everything for another 5 minutes. After that, set the vegetables aside to a separate bowl. Step 3 Return the frying pan to heat, add ground beef and mash it with a spatula, then fry the minced meat until tender. Add a little salt and pepper while cooking. Step 4 Add the previously fried vegetables to the minced meat, add tomato sauce, sweetener, ground cloves, wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Step 5 Reduce heat to low and keep cooking for 10 more minutes, add salt or pepper while cooking. Step 6 Cut each bun in half and toast, then place the cooked meat on the bottom part of the bun. Cover with the top part of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
