Step 1 Place the cut lettuce into a salad bowl. Step 2 Cut the orange in half. Peel and segment one half of it. Step 3 Add celery, cucumber, avocado, and the orange segments. Then add salmon. Step 4 Make the salad dressing: Squeeze the juice from the orange, then blend it together with the mustard, parsley, salt, and olive oil. Step 5 Pour the ready dressing into the salad and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
