Step 1 Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences. Step 2 Mix the garlic and basil in a bowl, add the squeezed lemon juice to them, add pepper and mix again. Step 3 If the seabass wasn’t cleaned properly, gut the seabass, without cutting off the head, and wash it thoroughly from the inside. Cut off the fins and tail with culinary scissors. Remove the scales and wash thoroughly again. Step 4 Put a mixture of garlic, basil and lemon juice into the cleaned abdominal cavity of the fish Rub the fish with salt. Step 5 Put the prepared fish in a steaming container (steamer). Step 6 Add the cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots to the fish. Steam cook the fish and vegetables for 30 minutes. Step 7 Put the ready seabass with vegetables on a plate, serve and enjoy!
