Ingredients:
White cabbage (shredded) – 1 lb.
Champignon mushrooms (cut into large pieces) – 10.5 oz
Step 1 Heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms until all the liquid has evaporated. At the very end of frying, add salt and pepper. After that, put the fried mushrooms aside. Step 2 Add salt to the cabbage and squeeze it with your hands for the cabbage to start to juice. Step 3 Add the grated carrots to the cabbage and mix well. Step 4 Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry cabbage with carrots for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add onions to the frying pan and cook for 7 more minutes. Step 5 Add tomato paste, coriander, and cumin to the cabbage and fry for 2 more minutes. Step 6 Add the fried mushrooms to the pan. Then pour in 100 ml of boiling water along with salt and pepper. Simmer the cabbage with mushrooms under the lid for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the stewed cabbage with mushrooms sit for half an hour. Serve and enjoy!
