Step 1 Cut the tofu and salmon into cubes. Step 2 Wash the broccoli in cold water and cut into inflorescences. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then add the broccoli and cook, uncovered for 2 minutes. Drain into a colander and put on a plate. Step 3 Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil.
