Step 1 Cut the turkey fillet into slices and beat with a meat hammer. Step 2 Mix the chopped dill with the goat cheese, add the minced garlic and a little salt. Mix well. Step 3 Evenly spread the cheese, dill and garlic mix over the turkey meat, but don’t cover the edges of the meat. Step 4 Put 2-3 asparagus stalks on each turkey slice and roll into rolls. Step 5 Preheat oven to 360 F. Put the turkey rolls on a baking dish covered with baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil, and bake for half an hour. Step 6 Remove the ready rolls from the oven, cut them into portions before serving. Enjoy!
