Ingredients:
Medium zucchini (cut into cubes. If zucchini is not young, peel and remove seeds first) – 2
Step 1 Put the carrots in a deep frying pan, add ¾ cup of water and simmer the carrots for 7 minutes. Step 2 Add the zucchinis and onions to the carrots. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the frying pan and simmer the vegetables, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Step 3 Add the tomatoes. Then add salt, bay leaves, hot red pepper, sweet paprika, and seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes. Step 4 Sprinkle with fresh parsley and dill. Serve and enjoy!
