Fried tofu is great on its own, but fried squid and vegetables make this diabetic-friendly dish even more delicious!
Step 1 Cut the Chinese cabbage, tomato, and cucumber, then put them on a plate. Step 2 Pour olive oil into a skillet and, while it is heating, toss in the finely chopped chili pepper. Step 3 Cut the tofu into squares and fry with the chili pepper until golden brown. Step 4 Clean the squid, cut into rings and fry for 2 minutes in the skillet. Step 5 Put squid and tofu on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the salad with chopped onions and season with soy sauce to taste. Serve and enjoy!
