Step 1 Cut filet out of the whole fish. The fish head, tail, skin and spine, clean and put in a saucepan. Add 2 liters of water and bring to boil and put some salt. Remove the foam during cooking when necessary. Step 2 Put the dill stalks, bay leaf, and peppercorns into the saucepan and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaf after 4–5 minutes. Strain the broth after 30 minutes. Step 3 Cut the fish filet into small pieces and finely chop the dill. Step 4 Put the fish into the slightly boiling soup and cook for 8 minutes. Step 5 Add the chopped dill, bring the soup to boil, turn off the heat, let the soup sit for about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
