Recipe Details:
This diabetic-friendly almond cake made from almond flour is very delicious and has no disadvantages that wheat flour brings to the table. We believe you will enjoy its tender taste and light texture. But keep in mind, it’s recommended not to have more than 1 portion of the cake a day.

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a cake pan with vegetable oil. Then put wax paper in the cake pan and grease the wax paper with vegetable oil as well. Step 2 Evenly put ¼ cup of almond flakes on the wax paper. Step 3 In the medium bowl, beat the egg whites with salt and 0.5 tbsp of sweetener to soft peaks. Gradually add the rest of the sweetener (1 tbsp) while beating the egg whites until stiff pikes. Step 4 Carefully mix in the almond flour and almond extract. Once the dough is ready, put it evenly in the cake pan with a large spatula. Put the cake into the oven and bake for about 35 minutes until the cake becomes golden. Step 5 Before serving, let the cake cool and then turn it over onto the serving plate. Remove the wax paper and enjoy!
