Step 1 Carefully remove the apple core and some part of the middle so as not to damage the apple sides and skin, but have enough empty space to put the cream cheese in. Step 2 Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix it with sour cream, crushed walnuts, honey, and cinnamon. Step 3 Put the cream cheese mix in the middle of the apples, sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Step 4 Preheat oven to 355 F. Put the apples on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or aluminum foil. Step 5 Bake the apples for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let them cool, server and enjoy!
