Step 1 Combine honey and soy sauce. Mix well. Step 2 Marinate the duck breasts in the mixture of honey and soy sauce and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Step 3 Preheat oven to 375 F. Put the duck in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Step 4 Remove from the oven, sprinkle with wine vinegar, serve and enjoy!
