Step 1 Cut the tofu into cubes with sides about 1” long. Pour over the soy sauce and leave for a few minutes to soak the tofu in the sauce. Step 2 Boil the beans for 2-3 minutes, so that they remain a little crispy. Step 3 Fry the ginger and garlic in sesame oil in a frying pan until golden brown, remove and discard. Step 4 In a frying pan where the garlic and ginger were fried, put tofu, fry until golden brown and then place the tofu in a bowl. Step 5 Put beans and peppers in the same frying pan and fry for 2 minutes. Add a little more oil if necessary, pour over soy sauce. Step 6 Mix the tofu, beans, and peppers, sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve and enjoy!
