Step 1 Prepare the marinade: Cut the chili peppers into very small pieces. Add pepper, minced garlic, coriander, honey, salt and pepper to the soy sauce. Mix everything well until smooth. Step 2 Wash the duck well and dry it with a paper towel. Step 3 Brush the outside and inside of the duck with the marinade. Do not use all marinade. Step 4 Put the apples inside the bird and marinate for 1 hour. Step 5 Preheat oven to 310 F. Put the duck in the oven and bake for 1.5 hours. Step 6 Increase temperature to 390 F. Brush the top of the duck with the remaining marinade and put it back in the oven for 30 more minutes. Step 7 Take the duck out of the oven. Serve immediately. Remove the skin. Enjoy!
