Step 1 Beat off the breasts with a meat hammer. Add salt and your favorite seasoning. Cut the cheese into cubes and wrap it in the chicken breast. Step 2 Make batter by thoroughly mixing together an eggs, almond flour and ground pepper. Step 3 Moisten the chicken breast very well in the just prepared batter and then roll in breadcrumbs. Step 4 Fry the chicken breast on all sides until golden brown. Then pour some water into the pan and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
