Step 1 In a small bowl, combine and mix mustard, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Step 2 Preheat oven to 390 F. Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Place the pieces of salmon on the wax paper, spread them evenly. Step 3 Cover the salmon with the just prepared marinade. Then put 1.5-2 slices of lemon on each piece of salmon. Step 4 Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (until the fish is ready). Serve with fresh vegetables and enjoy!
