Ingredients:
Turkey breast – 1.5 lb.
Miso paste (can be substituted with mustard) – 1 tbsp.
Step 1 Make the marinade: In a bowl, combine miso paste, honey, olive oil, grated ginger root, water, salt and pepper. Step 2 Rub the turkey breast on all sides with the just prepared marinade and leave for 2 hours. Step 3 Fry the turkey breast in a hot frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. Step 4 Preheat oven to 390 F. Put the turkey breast into a baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes. Step 5 Take the ready turkey breast out of the oven, cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
