Step 1 Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan. Put onion in the sauce pan. Divide the garlic into cloves and add to the saucepan without peeling. Then add carrot. Step 2 Cook the vegetables for 4 minutes over medium heat. Step 3 Add bell pepper, green beans, and corn. Cook for 4 more minutes while stirring. Step 4 Add salt, pepper, and pilaf seasoning. Mix well. Step 5 Wash rice in cold water and add it to the sauce pan with vegetables. Cook for 6 minutes. Step 6 Boil 0.5 liter of water. Add water to the sauce pan for about 2 fingers above rice. Step 7 Simmer the content of the sauce pan, covered, over low heat for up to 1 hour. Serve hot as a side or as a main course. Enjoy!
