Step 1 Add ¼ of the ginger, 1 tsp of soy sauce, honey, and the lemon juice to the chicken, pour over the teriyaki sauce, add marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour. Step 2 In a large skillet, fry the grated ginger in olive oil. Add chicken and then add the remaining marinade. Step 3 Add the remaining soy sauce to the skillet with chicken. Fry for 5-7 minutes, then cover and reduce heat to a minimum, keep frying for 5 more minutes. Step 4 Add the cashew nuts, stir, set the fire to maximum again, remove the lid, wait until the sauce has boiled down. Serve and enjoy with a side of your choice.
