Ingredients:
Cauliflower (divided into inflorescences) – 1.3 lb.
Ground chicken breast – 1 lb.
Egg – 1
Fat-free sour cream – 1/3 cup
Low-sodium cheese (such as Emmental, finely grated) – ½ cup
Step 1 Place cabbage in a sauce pan, cover with cold water and leave for 15 minutes. Step 2 Heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry onion until transparent (about 3 minutes). Then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds more. Step 3 Put cauliflower in boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes. Step 4 Place the ground chicken breast in a bowl. Add the fried onion with garlic, egg, half of paprika, salt and ground black pepper to the chicken. Mix well. Step 5 Preheat oven to 360 F. Grease a baking dish and put the meat mix in there in an even layer. Step 6 Put the cauliflower pieces close to each other on top of the meat. Step 7 Add salt to sour cream and mix. Step 8 Spread the meat and cauliflower with the sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Step 9 Evenly put the grated cheese, parsley, and dill on top of the dish and bake for 10 more minutes. Take the ready dish out of the oven, serve and enjoy!
