Step 1 Peel the apple and remove its core. peel the orange, remove the seeds and white partitions. Cut both into cubes. Step 2 Put the celery, orange, and apple in blender bowl and grind until smooth. In the middle of the grinding process, add mint, nutmeg and honey. Step 3 Pour the ready smoothie into glasses and serve. If the smoothie is too thick, add some water.
