What outdoor party is complete with a burger? – The staple of American cuisine can be diabetic-friendly too. Try this recipe and see for yourself!
Step 1 Make 7 burger patties from the ground beef and sprinkle them with the seasoning on both sides. Step 2 Preheat the grill and spray it with a non-stick cooking spray. Put the burgers on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes on one side and then 3 to 5 minutes on the other side. Step 3 Put one slice of Cheddar cheese on top of each burger and cook until the meat juice is not pink (about 3 minutes). At the same time as you put cheese on the burgers, put the buns on the grill to warm them up. Step 4 Place the burgers on the buns. Place the mustard, lettuce leaves, and the slices of tomato and onion on top of the burgers. Cover with the second bun (optional). Serve and enjoy!
