Recipe Details:
An interesting combination of chicken, cheese, honey, and soy sauce gives this diabetic-friendly dish a unique flavor that you might be willing to enjoy many times.


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast – 2 pieces
  • Chicken eggs – 2
  • Spinach – ¾ cup
  • Cheese (cut into thin slices) – ¾ Oz (2 slices)
  • Honey – 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
  • Spices of your choice – to taste
    Recipe Directions:
    Step 1
    Hard boil the eggs. Cool and peel them,
    Step 2
    Cut the breasts in the middle so that it folds like a book. Rub in salt and spices of your choice.
    Step 3
    Open (unfold) each breast. Put spinach leaves, slices of cheese, and the egg in the middle. (If the breast is small, then you can put half an egg.)
    Step 4
    Close the chicken breasts and fix them with a thread.
    Step 5
    Make the sauce: Mix soy sauce, honey, and spices. Then roll the chicken breasts in the sauce.
    Step 6
    Preheat oven to 395 F. Put the breasts in the baking sleeve, pour out the remaining sauce and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the sleeve, serve and enjoy!
