Step 1 Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces. Beat with a meat hammer. Then put the meat on a baking sheet, add salt and pepper, and sprinkle each piece of chicken with soy sauce. Step 2 Put pineapple rings on the chicken, then cover the pineapples with the chopped onion. Spread the sour cream on top. Step 3 Preheat oven to 380 F. Bake the pineapple chicken for 25 minutes. Then add grated cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
