Recipe Details:
Instead of a traditional cutlet, this diabetic-friendly burger has a whole chicken breast deliciously fried in egg and olive oil.
Step 1 Beat the chicken breast with a meat hammer, then salt and pepper it. Step 2 Dip the chicken breast in beaten egg. Step 3 Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Mix two kinds of flour together, then dip the chicken in the flour mixture and fry over high heat on both sides until tender for 5 minutes on each side. Step 4 Put the halves of the buns on the frying pan, on which you fried the chicken. Warm the buns up until the they get crispy on the outside. Step 5 Place a slice of cheese on the bottom part of the bun. Then put the chicken on the cheese. Step 6 Put the tomato slices and onion rings on top of the chicken and cover with the top bun. Serve and enjoy!
