Step 1 Sprinkle the fish with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Let it marinade for 15 minutes. Step 2 Prepare the vegetables: Chop onions and bell pepper into small pieces. Cherry tomatoes cut in halves. Chop parsley into large pieces. Step 3 Put the vegetables on the fish fillet. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Step 4 Preheat oven to 390 F. Then place the fish into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Step 5 Remove the fish from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes, then serve with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
