Step 1 Cut the tofu into 4 rectangles about half an inch thick. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Step 2 In a small bowl, combine spices, flour, and salt. Beat the egg lightly in another bowl, and add the breadcrumbs into the third bowl. Step 3 Dip the tofu chunks first in flour, then in the egg and breadcrumbs. After that, dip again in the egg and breadcrumbs to make a solid layer of breading. Step 4 Pour 1/3 of the oil into a wok or skillet and heat to 360 degrees. Fry the tofu until golden brown and then put it on a paper towel. Step 5 Put the cooked tofu on two plates and serve with small bowls of sweet chili sauce. Serve and enjoy!
