Ingredients:
Grated low-fat and low-sodium cheese (such as Emmental and Parmesan) – ¼ cup
Step 1 Hard-boil eggs and then cool them in cold water. Step 2 Peel then eggs, cut in half, and remove the yolks. Step 3 Make the egg filling: Put the yolks with grated cheese, Greek yogurt, parsley, mustard, wine vinegar and spices in a blender and grind until the mix is smooth. Step 4 Place the egg filling into a bag with a cut corner or a pastry bag. Step 5 Stuff the egg whites with the prepared filling. Put olives on top. Serve and enjoy!
