Step 1 Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry finger, chili pepper, and garlic for about 2 minutes. Step 2 Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce over tofu and set aside for a few minutes. Step 3 Boil the chopped celery until soft. Step 4 Add the tofu, pepper, and celery to the frying pan with ginger, garlic and chili and fry for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then take off the heat, serve and enjoy!
