Ingredients:
Lean beef (minced) – 1 lb.
Hot pepper – 3 (1 - finely chopped; 2 – cut into small cubes)
Step 1 Put the minced meat in a bowl and add 1 finely chopped hot pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Step 2 Heat some oil in a frying pan. Shape three patties and fry them on both sides until fully cooked. Step 3 Put the slices of cheese on the patties and set aside. Step 4 Put the halves of the buns on the frying pan, on which you fried the patties. Warm the buns up until the they get crispy on the outside. Step 5 While frying the patties, make guacamole: Put an avocado, 1 chopped garlic clove, vegetable oil and juice from a quarter of a lemon, salt, and black pepper in a blender bowl. Mix until smooth. Step 6 Divide guacamole into 2 parts. Spread 1 part of the guacamole on the bottom buns. Put the patties with cheese on top. Then put on top of the patties the slices of tomato, half of the chopped hot pepper, the lettuce leaves, and the second half of the chopped hot pepper. Step 7 Spread the second part of the guacamole on the top parts of the buns and cover the burgers. Serve and enjoy!
