Step 1 Turn the meat and onion through a meat grinder. Step 2 Remove the crust from the bread. Crumble the bread and add it to the ground meat along with cream, parsley, salt and ground pepper. Mix everything well. Then cover with aluminum foil and leave for about 40 minutes. Step 3 Put the tomatoes in a bowl and pour boiling water over them until covered, then wait for 3 minutes. After that, put the tomatoes in cold water and peel the skin off. Then dice the tomatoes. Step 4 Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Put in the onion and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add carrots, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook for 5 more minutes. Step 5 Add the diced and skinless tomatoes to the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, stirring periodically. Step 6 Add 2 liters of water to the saucepan and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Step 7 Make meatballs. (it’s more convenient to do with wet hands.) Step 8 Add the meatballs to the boiling soup and cook for 5 minutes. Step 9 Add beans, salt, and pepper to the soup and cook for 5 more minutes. Step 10 Remove the saucepan from heat, add parsley, cover with a lid and let it stay for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
