Step 1 Boil chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Step 2 Stewing the shredded cabbage and onion on a hot frying pan in a small amount of olive or vegetable oil until cabbage becomes yellow and onion looks slightly fried. At this point, cabbage is almost ready. Step 3 Stew mushrooms in a little bit of olive or vegetable oil in a separate frying pan. Step 4 Add the boiled chicken breast and mushrooms to the cabbage. Step 5 Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, and spices. Step 6 Stew a bit more until ready, while stirring regularly. Step 7 Serve with a pinch of chopped parsley. Enjoy!
