Step 1 Fry chicken breast in olive oil with a little salt and ground black pepper. Step 2 Put arugula on the bottom of a large salad bowl, then add the grapes, pear, and celery. Put the fried chicken breast on top. Step 3 Make a dressing: Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, and juice of half a lemon thoroughly, then add some pepper. Step 4 Pour the dressing over the salad and mix with two spoons. Then sprinkle the salad with the walnuts. Serve and enjoy!
