Step 1 Cut the zucchini into slices. Put the zucchini on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Grease the zucchini with oil on top. Step 2 Cut the tomatoes into slices and put on the zucchinis. Salt the tomatoes and season with Herbes de Provence. Then sprinkle with cheese. Step 3 Preheat oven to 360 F. Bake the zucchinis for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
